[It feels like tonight was a step forward and a step back all at once, and she doesn't entirely know what to make of it. She wishes she knew the thing to say to reassure him that tonight wasn't a complete failure, but she doesn't know that she has them.

As much as she tried to compare their experiences, she doesn't fully understand the bloodlust of a vampire. How it can be so dangerous because though the moon controls their transformations, wolves don't crave it unless they've been starved of it's light. Stiles needs blood to survive, but blood could also be dangerous for him, and somehow, they're going to have to reconcile the two.

If Caroline asked her, she would have volunteered to help him learn. But Stiles doesn't want that, so for now, she'll focus on the things he does want. The things she can offer.

She stands as well, pulling herself up so that she's facing him more.]

If that's what you need, I can do that.

[She can monitor his intake, make sure he feeds regularly. She'll have to ask Caroline how regularly a vampire needs to eat, just to be sure he's feeding often enough.]

Do you think maybe you could sleep in my room tonight? I don't want to sleep alone.

[Another step forward. She's still uncertain of what it means, but she also isn't going to say no. She nods, taking another step up to the landing.]

Yeah, I can do that. Just let me go get changed.

[She's not going to sleep in her jeans and boots.]

( He changes, too. He lies back and dreams of losing control. He's gone when she wakes. There is no note. His suitcase is gone, too. )
