Then we get terrified, like children waking in the dark, we don't know where we are.

( Bonnie, bag in hand at her side, holds the door open this time. She sighs, looking wistfully off at Danny, sullen, in the backseat. )

I wish I could make it all better, like I could undo it all, or, go back and prevent it altogether. Too many of us have no parents. No living family.

( She sighs.

From Danny's seat if or when he looks back, Bonnie and Isaac continue their discussion. Scott texts Isaac, so he pulls his phone out, eyes down quickly.

A couple approaches from the south, arm in arm. The guy in glasses leans in whispering something that makes the girl laugh. As they separate to move around Bonnie, everything happens quickly. The brunette girl brandishes a stun gun landing a blow to Isaac's side. Out of the leather jacket, the man reveals what looks to be something dark colored, with a flat bottom. He drops it. From the car, he can see a spell attempted, Bonnie's lips moving but nothing happening. She tries struggling, but the woman whacks her on the back of the back sending her down. The man quickly pulls out a pair of iron handcuffs the woman waves away, not now, and as fast as it happens, a bright yellow taxi pulls up.

Three others, including one dressed as a taxi-driver throw Bonnie and Isaac into the trunk. When everyone is inside the car, the driver puts down a black device on the top of the cab quickly, puts on a pair of leather gloves, climbs inside the cab and speeds off.

Bonnie's bag, and the contents within including her phone lie on the sidewalk next to Isaac's dropped phone.

The driver in Danny's car starts the ignition, this is probably protocol. )

( Well, apparently whoever he is, he's not very intimidated, or he's good at faking it.

They walk us in and out. Point of being down here is not being about to get out of being down here. Your guess is as good as mine. )

The hill top fortress, literally translated to the "Upper Castle" or the "Castle in the Heights." It stands above the Vltava River, overlooking Prague.

Logically, they are underneath. )

[Isaac is very much less than thrilled with that situation. But they'll figure it out. He shoves the man ahead of him and gestures to the halls they left.]

Stay where I can see you.

[And with that he ... still rolls another 10 but this time he's trying to track the scents for another means of escape - gasoline, rubber, engine oil, anything that might indicate there's some kind of vehicle.

But he will put himself definitively between the hunter and Bonnie, just to be on the safe side. He'll heal, she won't.]

( ...Where will I go?

Czech, and sarcastic. Bonnie (16) starts to get a handle on the underground layout, at least she thinks so, and the ground starts to incline. They're going up, finally! )

[Success! And Isaac wolf ears will keep a look out for any people that might be coming towards them, ready to cause problems (also 16). He doesn't think that they're alone, so eventually they might run into some more hunters.]

( It seems like there isn't anyone nearby and the path finally evens out and ends. They reach a chained metal gate. Bonnie shakes it a few times, but without her magic... )

[Isaac studies the gate for a moment, before sliding his arm between the bars and feeling around for the lock in question. Once he gets his hand around it, he uses his werewolf strength to yank it down until it breaks (20).

As the chains come loose, he pulls open the gate and gestures to the mausoleum ahead of them.]

Creepy.

Deliberately?

( The guard doesn't answer, but the gate beyond is ajar. Bonnie gives Isaac a look before pushing the front gate open into the graveyard of Vyšehrad.

The guard lingers by the doorway. Well, he can't just... run now, can he? )

Vyšehrad's a cemetery?

Seems so.

[Isaac turns back to him, and raises an eyebrow. He's trying to decide if he cares. If they can get to a car quickly enough, it depends on how quickly he can get out of the maze and back to someone who matters.

His eyes glow, and he holds out a hand to the other man, this time actively trying to intimidate (16).]

Phone?

( The 4 all but guarantees a phone is placed in Isaac's hand in seconds. He even fumbled with it, handing it over, but he doesn't drop it! )

I could ... call Mystic Falls, I haven't memorized many numbers. ( Come to think of it, she could really only call her old house or Elena's burned down house. Caroline's, too. That won't help them. )

I've got a guy.

[Werewolves break or lose their phones a lot. Isaac made a point to memorize William's number once he came on board. Isaac takes the phone with a nod, before taking Bonnie and heading back towards the exit of the cemetery, trying to find the street.

Once he's sure they're out of earshot of their hostage, he glances back to her.]

We're going to have to ditch the phone anyway. Once he tells the hunters we took it, they're going to trace it.

[Hence a future moment of Isaac throwing it in the river. Turns out having William around has rubbed off on him.]

Once we find a ride and I talk to my guy, we'll leave it somewhere inconvenient for them to find.

( Sure. Of course. He has a guy. She believes Isaac must have a guy for everything, but in this case, please call all the guys.

After passing too many churches inside one castle, they make it to Tabor Gate. One car's parked outside.

[He points to the car, and he doesn't care who's car it is, he's gonna take it anyway. He dials William's number, and while it rings, he checks the doors to see if any of them are unlocked.]

( Not one door is unlocked, and )

It's me. I don't have a lot of time, but I'm alive.

[Okay, time to find a rock to break open the door. Sorry, poor guy's car. You'll probably get it back eventually.]

I've got Bonnie with me but something's wrong with her magic. I need you to find a kid, his name's Danny Brighton.

( It's contingency, faking his greeting and he can breathe that much more when he hears Isaac's voice. He'd lost the vehicle that had taken Bonnie and Isaac outside of the city.

This is the ruins of a castle, there are rocks. Isaac makes good work with the rock. )

Already found. He linked up with other witches, and Mia. He's okay, Isaac. He got away.

[That's a relief. He turns to look at Bonnie and nods to her.]

Good. At least he's safe for now.

[He has some follow up questions, but first things first. There's a pause as the rock collides with the car window and he gets it open and goes to work. Allison taught him how to hotwire vehicles years ago, and it doesn't take him long to turn off the alarm and get the car running.

He unlocks Bonnie's door and gestures for her to get in as he puts William on speaker.]

What witches?

( Bonnie just - doesn't quite know what to do, but Isaac has this handled and other than a suspicious look around them, she doesn't do anything to help or to hinder his efforts. Not that Isaac needs it.

The engine kicks in and Bonnie joins him. She'd like to alter the car, even temporarily, but she reminds herself her magic is down.

I don't know everything, but they know Bonnie and they have like a zero social media footprint.

[Isaac's brow furrows and he glances over to Bonnie.]

Did you bring a coven with you?

[But he's also going to start driving, so they can talk and go.]

( "I didn't bring anyone with me, except Danny, but I have family here, too. Danny must have found them. They're like my nieces. They're on a graduation trip."

Par for the course with any trip being derailed at this point. )

I can connect everyone, but only through your phone until I can get you earpieces.

( A second goes by, catching back up to the group in a newly relocated room. )

Danny, Mia, are you there? ...Hope?

( Why does he sound so unsure of her, Hope thinks, looking up and interrupting whatever conversation is in progress.

"We're here." To Josie and Lizzie. )

I won't have this phone long. The hunter that we stole it from is probably going to rat us out, so I'm going to ditch it with the car and try to get another burner when we change vehicles.

[Allison taught him how to hotwire, but Derek taught him how to evade capture.

"Isaac?" Danny lets out a sigh of relief. "Thank fuck. Is Bonnie there?"]

( "I'm right here, Danny. I'm okay. Stay safe and stay hidden, okay? We're on our way back."

Right? She looks to Isaac.

William sits back, listening. )

How did you guys escape?

Scared the shit out of one of the hunters until he walked us out. There didn't seem to be a lot of other hunters around, which means we might have gotten lucky and caught them at a good time.

[Danny will take that advice but also not at the same time. "We, uh. We have your magic. And they were trying to keep you away for the solstice." Because of him is the understood explanation there, but that's neither here not there. "And I have your phones."]

Look at that. You don't have to set up a new phone for me for once.

[Werewolves.]

William, I need you to contact our new friend and see if he can do anything to keep them off our trail until it's gone well and truly cold.

( "They wanted to keep me away?"

A lot goes on in the cross-talk, but Bonnie searches her mind why she'd be kept away. Maybe because he had been her responsibility. )

( William doesn't elaborate on the phone, trying not to burn his new friend so to speak, but still sends a signal text, hoping that when his contact can find the time, he will call:

Vyšehrad? Looks like it was a castle and a cemetery.

[He can't really give him much more than that.

"Yeah. That's what the one I truth-spelled said anyway." Danny doesn't know what the bigger endgame is here, but he knows that that's what the hunters were told.

Cooper, on the other hand, will get back to you in a bit.]

I guess I must have been a nice target of opportunity.

( Isaac, more than a castle and a cemetery. Chapels and churches, too. An entire structure. )

Maybe. If Bonnie is on their radar, than you are, too. I'll do my best to scrub you publicly, but you may need to ditch the car you have and find another. Maybe a few times. I won't know what resources I have until I do.
