( Bonnie, bag in hand at her side, holds the door open this time. She sighs, looking wistfully off at Danny, sullen, in the backseat. )

I wish I could make it all better, like I could undo it all, or, go back and prevent it altogether. Too many of us have no parents. No living family.

( She sighs.

From Danny's seat if or when he looks back, Bonnie and Isaac continue their discussion. Scott texts Isaac, so he pulls his phone out, eyes down quickly.

A couple approaches from the south, arm in arm. The guy in glasses leans in whispering something that makes the girl laugh. As they separate to move around Bonnie, everything happens quickly. The brunette girl brandishes a stun gun landing a blow to Isaac's side. Out of the leather jacket, the man reveals what looks to be something dark colored, with a flat bottom. He drops it. From the car, he can see a spell attempted, Bonnie's lips moving but nothing happening. She tries struggling, but the woman whacks her on the back of the back sending her down. The man quickly pulls out a pair of iron handcuffs the woman waves away, not now, and as fast as it happens, a bright yellow taxi pulls up.

Three others, including one dressed as a taxi-driver throw Bonnie and Isaac into the trunk. When everyone is inside the car, the driver puts down a black device on the top of the cab quickly, puts on a pair of leather gloves, climbs inside the cab and speeds off.

Bonnie's bag, and the contents within including her phone lie on the sidewalk next to Isaac's dropped phone.

The driver in Danny's car starts the ignition, this is probably protocol. )

( She shouldn't judge a man on whether or not he can drive stick-shift, but. She does. )

[Hunters drive in a lot of old cars, it's part of his skill set.]

Track them in anything. Just drive fast. They have a jump on us, we don't want them getting away.

( A labored pause. )

[And he's a pretty good liar, thanks hunter background (17). But he'll grab his keys and prepare to hit the road.]

( Her (11) does the trick. She can indeed always count on this new soldier she'd never met before!

What would Cooper like to do next! )

[He's going to do what he was asked to do. He's going to track Isaac and Bonnie and do the best he can to cover their tracks. But once he's alone in his car, he'll pull up his phone and call William back.]

( Is this a metaphor? He does groom himself, but Cooper has intimate knowledge of that. )

Don't know yet. It depends on how bad at my job I have to be.

[He heads out on to the main road.]

How good is Isaac at covering his tracks?

With the wolves on the run from Monroe and her hunters? Expert-level.

( Fading into the background when he was younger plays well into fading in now. )

He'll probably go from car to car.

How much time do I have to kill?

[Because he can spend his time being a couple steps behind until there's a good opportunity for Isaac to punch him in the face.]

If I keep finding the cars it'll give me some plausible deniability.

You're an hour behind him now, but he's not racing back to the city. Try a mile out for the first ditched car.

( And he proceeds to send the make and model Cooper should be looking for. )

[Cooper pulls back to look at the text and nods.]

I'm on it. Text me when he checks in again, and we can stage this cat and mouse game properly.

( He could say more, he wants to say more, but it's been so long and they're in the thick of it. )

[It has. And there's the heavy feeling of unfinished business there. But that's always something they can get into later.

He hesitates, just for a moment, but instead just lets the conversation end there, for now.]
