( A (20) has Kol dodging B3's stake completely, moving behind him. Kol not only dodges, but tries grabbing B3 and spinning them around so B7 shoots B3 (10)

Mickey moves to simply kick B6 with all his strength (18), screw the gun. )

[Aiden snaps back at B2 (20 vs. 12) and finally gets something vital. B2 goes down.

B3 just manages to twist to stay out of Kol's hands (11), before spinning around and trying to take another shot with the stake (16).

Mickey's kick throws B6 backwards (16), slamming hard to the ground. He still tries to take a shot at him, lifting his gun and aiming (5), but probably not going to hit.

B7 tries to take a shot at Freya (5 vs. 14) which misses. Freya then turns on him, (14 vs. 20), but he manages to duck out of her eyeline to escape the pull of the spell.

Mia comes around the corner and also tries to take a shot at B7 with an arrow but misses (8 vs. 15).]

( Kol is so close, he's staked, which, like the gun shots, hurts. With a (17), Kol tries to break B3's wrist holding on to the stake.

B6 misses Mickey barely (6). Mickey attempts to drop down, pouncing, teeth going for his throat (10). )

[B3 manages to dart away again (20), because he's a wily asshole, and comes back around again with the stake (1), but he swings wild given the close quarters.

Mickey does manage to get B6 (9), but wrenches back so he misses the jugular. He shoves him backwards (20), trying to get some distance between them.

Mia steps up to have Kol's back, aiming an arrow at B3 (5 vs. 4), and manages to catch him in the shoulder.

Freya continues to contend with B7 (13 vs. 6), and he finally goes down.]

( Absolutely fuck off, B3. Kol, fed up, tries to just reach into B3's chest at this point, but he's more frustrated than anything and still in pain from wooden fucking bullets. (10)

Mickey lands on his feet and grabs a crate, throwing it straight at B6 (17). )

[This time, B3 can't move fast enough (5). Kol's hand shoves past his ribcage and removes his heart, and he finally drops to the ground.

The crate also collides with B6 (5), sending him down as well. The room is cleared, so Mia is moving to the next door, ready for what might come next. She hears muffled sounds from the other side and glances back at the rest of the group.]

Do we need a minute?

( Kol tried™️. His wily hunter goes down wishing he had chosen a different path in life. With the room cleared, Kol wipes the blood from his hands on his shirt.

Mikey is raring to go, cracking his knuckles and ready for the next room. But, Kol has questions. He spied Freya shot a few times. Does she need blood? He will freely give his blood. )

Sister?

[Yeah, Freya's not in great shape. She makes her way to her brother, nodding at the unspoken question, before looking to Mia.]

Just one.

[Mia nods, flanking the door, ready to attack just in case the hunters don't want to give them that minute.

Aiden is also taking a second to lick his wounds, but in wolf form he does tend to heal a little bit faster.]

( He doesn't have to be told twice, biting into his wrist and offering it to his sister as Mickey just looks away.

"Still haven't gotten used to that," he says, making eye contact with wolf Aiden.

He - waits.

"Do you..."

Would he dangle his wrist over the wolf's maw? )

[Aiden gives him the most disdainful look a wolf is capable of with his limited face muscles, before going and taking post at the door next to Mia. Mia in turn shakes her head in amusement.

Freya takes a drink from her brother's wrist, giving her body a moment to heal, before turning and nodding to those at the door.]

Go.

[Mia nods, before kicking the door down, revealing the next room with six hunters within. C1 and C2 are sitting at a card table directly to the left of the door. C3, C4 and C5 are poised by some of the boxes, taking inventory, and C6 is at the very back of the room on the phone, and turns to reach for his gun when he sees them.]

( Kol's not taking any chances. Guns being in play means Freya is, again, in danger and he does not need his sister to be cut off from the ancestors, so he races past the card table and the hunters taking inventory (with the assumption that they all have an attack of opportunity)...

Mickey zooms forward toward C1 and C2, flipping the table between them (13) )

C1 and C2 scramble to try and respond, both of them taking a shot at Mickey (7, 18).

C3, C4, and C5 definitely do take shots at Kol (20, 17, 19) as he does a good job at sucking up all of those bullets but Freya has his back, twisting her hand and attempting to snap the neck of C5 (10 vs. 17), but she misses.

C6 unfortunately has Mia coming straight for him, aiming her bow and taking a shot (3 vs. 16). He ducks, the arrow flying over his head before he turns back and tries to shoot her (19 vs. 2), and she winces as the bullet catches her shoulder.]

( Mickey dodges C1 but takes C2's bullet (5) straight on. Grabbing a flying card, he uses the edge to try and slice into C2's neck, getting creative with his kills (14).

(4, 6, 14) mean Kol does take every one of those bullets but his plan works. He's not stopped, just bloodier, and still aiming at C6. He attempts to leap down onto him (8), but judging by the expanse of the room he had to cross, it's possible that hunter has the time to move out of the way. )

[C2 arches backwards, just barely avoiding getting grazed with the card. There's a scratch, blood drawn, but not enough to be fatal. C1 and C2 both rear back to fire another set of shots into the vampire (2, 12).

Aiden comes to Mickey's aid because I forgot him in the last tag, leaping for C1's throat, accounting for his terrible shot at Mickey (19 vs. 17). He manages to recover enough to bring up an arm to protect his jugular by he still goes down and has a werewolf to contend with.

Seeing that Kol has got C6 in his sights, Mia turns, loading an arrow and firing at C3 instead (7 vs. 2). The arrow lodges in his shoulder and for the moment, he's forced to drop his gun.

Freya still has C5 in her sights (11 vs. 4), and his neck snaps before he drops to the ground.

C4 tries to take a shot at Freya in return (18 vs. 13), that grazes her arm as she ducks behind a nearby crate.

C6 is forced to turn his attention to Kol, and ducks to try and dodge the flying Kol (15). He stumbles backwards, before raising a gun to take another shot at the vampire (16).]

( One bullet misses Mickey (7), one hits (5).

C2 has a Mickey problem, then, as he tries to kick him backwards (11).

Kol dodges the bullet, barely using his vampire speed before trying to take the gun away from the hunter and knocking him out with the butt of the gun, but his (natural 1) gets him shot as he tries to confiscate it away. Quick trigger... )

[C1 and Aiden continue to struggle. C1 tries to shove Aiden back (9 vs. 19), but Aiden bears down (19 vs. 8), managing to find purchase and tear his throat out. C1 goes still.

C2 manages to dodge the kick (19). Then he shifts to swing the butt of his gun at Mickey's head but swings incredibly wide for a big ol' miss (1).

C3 manages to wrench the arrow out of his shoulder, giving him some mobility back and draws a knife to throw it at Mia (1), but the arm is still bad so he misses her by a while. Mia notches another arrow (7 vs. 19), but he manages to duck this time as he stoops to recover his gun.

Freya rises up briefly to take a shot at C4 (8 vs. 1), and C4's neck snaps as they go down hard.

C6 could give Doc a run for his money apparently. He stumbles back to put in some distance and fires another shot (10).]

( Kol zooms around the bullet and back prepared to swipe C6 down to the ground (17).

Mickey goes for a kick to the knee (6) at C2, but his heart isn't in it. )

[C2 dodges the kick (13), but Aiden is there to keep him from coming at Mickey again (6 vs. 10). He doesn't gain traction, but he doesn't get the chance to attack Mickey again either.

C3 tries to take a shot at Mia (14 vs. 3), catching her in the shoulder as she tries to take a second shot, but Freya picks up the slack as she loses her aim, using magic to give Mia the advantage (18 vs. 5), the arrow quickly piercing through C3's throat and he drops to the ground.

C6 goes down hard, not dead quite yet, but the wind knocked out of him (7).]

( Aiden's appearance distracts Mickey that when he goes to bite down onto whatever body part, fangs bared, he ... most likely misses (2).

Kol bends down to plunge a hand into C6's body cavity (16) )

[Mickey does miss (12) but Aiden bears down on C2 (15 vs. 8), and manages to tear his throat out this time, leaving him to go limp on the ground.

In the meantime, C6 can't recover, and Kol's hand comes up with a heart attached.

Another moment of quiet calm settles over the room, and just as before, Mia moves to the next door to listen in (20).]

Sounds about the same. Do we need a minute?

( Mickey nods over to Mia. )

Only if you want something to fortify.

( His blood, Mia. Oh, he grabs two of the stray guns, strapping one on and holding the other. No reason not to go on old instincts, vampire or not! )

[She shakes her head. Bless her Slayer healing. She takes a breath, squares up, and kicks the next door down, revealing the next room full of six hunters.

Unfortunately for the rest of the group, they were ready for them. They're paired up in groups of two, D1 and D2 on the left, D3 and D4 on the right and D5 and D6 coming at the door head on.

They all open fire on the now open door (16).]

Get down!

[Mia dodges back quickly to the side, hoping to have the bullets shoot into an empty room (19). Freya and Aiden aren't facing the door head on so they are able to dodge more easily.

But what the hunters don't realize, is that the back door is also opening ...]

( From their room Kol's (nat 20) misses all bullets meant for him, as does Mickey's (nat 20).

Flanking them, Derek rushes in to attack D2 from the back but his (nat 1), splinter he catches and subsequent wail kills the sense of surprise they had.

Josh tries dodging any oncoming bulletry (5) before attacking D3 (3), but he's still pretty twitchy from the last room. It looks like Kol and Mickey have swapped their terrible roll karma with Derek and Josh.

Having dodged the bullets, Mickey runs past, opening fire on the two middle hunters D5 and D6 (12) )

[D1 goes to take another shot, more specifically at the werewolf he can see (3 vs. 8), but Aiden manages to duck out of the way before charging in, to try and get at the hunter's throat (13 vs. 14), but gets distracted by the sight of Josh (he's okay, for now at least), and the hunter has time to get an arm up to block the blow.

D2 turns to deal with Derek, trying to fire a shot into the werewolf (13).

D3 catches sight of the vampire before he can sink his teeth in (13), before turning and firing a shot into Josh (17).

D4 keeps his focus on Kol, firing at the Original vampire, and he is, unfortunately, using wooden bullets (3). Unfortunately for the hunter, it's probably a waste of that bullet.

Both the hunters dodge Mickey's bullets (15). D5 is about to turn on Mickey, but Mia manages to get an arrow into him first (16 vs. 10). Instead of dealing with the vampire, he does turn on the Slayer instead (4 vs. 19), but Mia ducks behind the door, using it as cover.

D6 stays focused on Mickey, firing at the vampire with a more direct shot (17). He too is using wooden bullets. But Hayley is going to come to back Mickey up (18 vs. 5), jumping into D6's back and sinking her teeth into his shoulder.

Freya hangs back, using Kol as a shield and trying to figure out who needs help.]

( Derek, still smarting with his splinter takes the shot barely as it grazes it (12) with another yelp.

Josh (3), also distracted by his husband's wolf form, is shot again - and hard, but not by a wooden bullet.

Kol (nat 1) has nowhere to go, and would rather take a bullet than his sister. It smarts. And hard as the wood begins it slow ascent through his blood stream. It drops him to one knee.

Mickey gets hit (13) and hard and goes down, and unlike Kol is now in mortal danger, too, and drops in the middle of the firefight. )
