I'm -- I'm alive. And Monroe is not.

( She looks down at the crumpled, lifeless body of Tamara Monroe, someone she was never scared of. It's hard to believe this is a woman who did so much damage. )

[Relief surges through her at that, not just that Allison is alive but the saga of Monroe is done. But Cora is watching closely, probably listening for news of her cousin and brother.]

What about Malia and Derek?

Malia's alive, too. She's right here. We needed Monroe to believe we were off the table. I don't know about Davina, but she met up with everyone else.

( She closes her eyes. )

Scott called you?

[beanchaointe]

[Lydia turns and nods to Cora, who sags in relief and immediately checks that no one called Peter. If they did, she will handle calling him off, but will also listen for news of Derek.]

He did. He said he convinced some of the hunters to leave, but he thought that we should know. You should call him.

[Because that's a conversation he and Allison should have, not Lydia playing middle man.]

Cora and I are on our way to New Orleans with the Winchesters. We should be there tomorrow morning.

[matriarchate]

Okay. I'm sorry. We had one chance at this.

( It paid off. )
