[The hunter nods, before patting the side of the truck twice. "I thought so. Thanks anyway, man." And with that, he'll wander back into the garage to keep looking. Once all the hunters seem preoccupied, the door will slowly open, then close.

Quietly, his wife speaks:]

Don't look, just drive away.

( He doesn't have to be told twice. He waves once at any remaining guys and starts the engine back up.

He does his best not to acknowledge there's a presence next to him as he pulls away from the garage (10), not daring to speak either. He wants to get his wife as far away as he can. )

[He might spot some hunters gathering together, pointing to the truck making it's escape, but the guy he talks to tries to wave them off. It's just a guy, no big deal.

Either way, they don't seem to follow him, and it'll take a couple lights, but eventually Jo drops the cloaking spell and turns to face him with a smile.]

They were looking for you?

( Once he sees she's safe and not hurt, he keeps driving toward the school. )

Elena at first. Possibly Katherine too. They seemed to be looking for twins at first. Then someone in their ears recognized me.

So, they don't just have eyes on the ground.

( He slows as he nears the road out to the school. )

What are the chances they have the school surveilled?

Definitely possible. But it will depend on how detailed this list of theirs is.

[Jo is a Gemini witch, one of the last. It might make sense if she was on it, but she's not sure about the girls.]

Your affiliation with the school isn't official, but mine is. Not that they seemed to recognize me. Maybe it was my hunter credibility.

( And yep, he's proud of his wife.

We're driving back, but we're wondering if that is the best idea. I'm definitely on this list, whatever it is.

[She glances over to her daughter.]

Maybe your dad and I should get out of town for a little bit.

Back to where, the house they might be tracking or the school Dad's headmaster of? They might not have anything on us, but they're looking for you, Mom.

( Alaric doesn't love when his daughter is this right. Which... is often, but not when it takes him and her off the board altogether. )

I say leave town, if it's worth anything.

[And as she says that Josie pops onto the screen. "What are you thinking?"]

That your dad and I are probably skipping town for a bit.

Maybe back to the Gemini compound? It's pretty well hidden. You two could come with us?

"Hope and I were just going to go to school," Josie admits. "We figured that since we're not on the list, we should probably be as normal as possible."]

"Jeremy's also in Oregon," Alaric counters, tapping a thumb on his steering wheel. "We can get whatever you need from the compound to cloak you from hunters, maybe settle there for a few months."
