[They're their friends. While it's not the ride or die, bloody history that the Mikaelsons share, she'd like to think that Neal is open minded enough to accept the reality of the world. Sara's a bit more of a wild card, but she wants to trust her too.]

We have been all over each other's lives for a thousand years, and while I won't claim that I didn't miss you, I knew you would return when you were ready.

After all, it's not like I haven't made similar choices.

Hope, Josie, Elizabeth and the witch Danny think the best they can do is keep their plans intact, not being on this list. Perhaps on the weekend.

Probably for the best. They'll be busy doing college things. But it'll be good to see her if she can come.

[She misses her niece.]

I believe she will should she be able to. Semesters at college aren't usually grueling in the beginning weeks.
