( He would say mercy. He would say that he was only doing what men have done for ages. But, he took advantage, him and Barnet, and it didn't help his sister at all. )

[Freya nods, before reaching over and placing a hand on H's shoulder.]

[Because of course the Mikaelson version of mercy is a quick death over a life of suffering. Still, she casts the spell, and those with super hearing will hear the heart beat slow even more until it stops.]

( Julian watches as his life leaves his eyes, finally he regards the whole room. )

You uh - brought a whole posse with you, Kier.

( And like only one of the Underground so - that's confusing. Let him guess, the Underground thinks he's a lost cause? )

[And she glances at Jackson.]

He was the one who least wanted to participate. If they were going to force me to have a tagalong, I wanted to make sure it was the one who had the least amount of Kool-Aid.

[She recognizes the value of someone telling her she's not looking at things in the right way.]

( "I hate to interrupt," Scott says. "But we have a dead witch. And we have to check out at noon. And everyone's checkout is at noon." So. They should really get things going, pack up and --

"We should leave him here," Jackson says. "Looks like he died in his sleep." )

I agree. Clean up the witch signs and no one will blink an eye.

[The group of them cleans up quickly, and Kieran does a spell to make her look as ambiguous as possible before she goes to check out. And once done, they all drive off to their next destination, wherever that may be.]
