Then we get terrified, like children waking in the dark, we don't know where we are.
( Bonnie, bag in hand at her side, holds the door open this time. She sighs, looking wistfully off at Danny, sullen, in the backseat. )
I wish I could make it all better, like I could undo it all, or, go back and prevent it altogether. Too many of us have no parents. No living family.
( She sighs.
From Danny's seat if or when he looks back, Bonnie and Isaac continue their discussion. Scott texts Isaac, so he pulls his phone out, eyes down quickly.
A couple approaches from the south, arm in arm. The guy in glasses leans in whispering something that makes the girl laugh. As they separate to move around Bonnie, everything happens quickly. The brunette girl brandishes a stun gun landing a blow to Isaac's side. Out of the leather jacket, the man reveals what looks to be something dark colored, with a flat bottom. He drops it. From the car, he can see a spell attempted, Bonnie's lips moving but nothing happening. She tries struggling, but the woman whacks her on the back of the back sending her down. The man quickly pulls out a pair of iron handcuffs the woman waves away, not now, and as fast as it happens, a bright yellow taxi pulls up.
Three others, including one dressed as a taxi-driver throw Bonnie and Isaac into the trunk. When everyone is inside the car, the driver puts down a black device on the top of the cab quickly, puts on a pair of leather gloves, climbs inside the cab and speeds off.
Bonnie's bag, and the contents within including her phone lie on the sidewalk next to Isaac's dropped phone.
The driver in Danny's car starts the ignition, this is probably protocol. )

"Check in under these names, find the witches. Kill anyone else." )

[Since they weren't specified under the "kill" category.]

So, that's luckily an actual answer? )
But, why. No. ( He opens his mouth and then closes it. She stops herself. ) Where are you taking us? If you ever managed to actually take us.
( "Our outfit in town." )

[Sometimes these piecemeal questions are annoying but at least they're honest.]

Give me your phone.
[And if he doesn't he'll use magic to take it.]

[He shifts slightly so that he can see the phone in the man's pocket and cases a small spell to call it into his hand.]

[And with that he will dart forward placing his hands on the hunter in front of him to cast the same memory spell as before. He's gotta do this one one at a time though so this could get interesting.]

But, dice or not, Elijah and his vampire power far exceeds her speed and he has her by the arm in seconds. The hunter's (6) and Elijah's (17) make a head butt impossible.
"Uh-uh," Elijah says. He can't have her bringing a gun to this fight. "Elizabeth," he says, indicating the guns. As she picks one gun up (1), it discharges and hits Elijah, who doesn't let go of the hunter's arm, because 1000 year old vampire, what's pain. )
That was not supposed to happen.

[Maybe it's the fact that the spell has been cast on him before. Maybe it's the fact that Lizzie is just shooting people and not even the right people that distracts him. But he feels the spell dissolve in his hands and that's ... not good.
He casts Lizzie a look over his shoulder like what are you doing, before turning back to the guy in front of him before deciding to distract him a bit. He knees him in the stomach, hard (19), before attempting to cast the spell again.]

In a modest amount of pain, Elijah grapples the woman (3), holding her close, but distraction abounds thanks to the change in plan and she slips out of his arms (5). She dives for the other gun, but is moving too quickly (3, damn it) and she just pushes it further away from her. She isn't grateful and slams into the dresser.
Lizzie snaps out of her guilt long enough to raise the gun in her direction, hands slightly shaking (13). )
I am so sorry. ( And then to her. ) Don't move!
no subject
[But then he's going to turn back to the hunter in front of him, casting the memory spell again, wanting to keep as much control of this as he can.]

Elijah kicks the gun further away from the both of them. "Elizabeth, do be careful with that fire arm." Lizzie closes her fist and starts: )
Som - (9) ( but the hunter bolts (10) and flings the door open and runs straight into Bela. )
no subject
[Bela catches the woman by the throat (15). She walks her back into the room, and lets the door close behind them.]
Well. Things here have certainly gotten interesting.
[Then she notices that her boyfriend is bleeding and her eyebrows go up in concern.]

no subject
Sorry, mate.
[And he jerks his leg up to try and catch him between his legs (17). He probably shouldn't apologize, but he knows the pain he's inflicting.]

Lizzie tries another time. )
Somnus!
( (15) and the woman drops completely, eyes closed. )
Finally.
( Elijah steps over the male hunter, looking down at the asleep hunter.
"They were not their best and finest." )
no subject
[Bela tips her head to the side as she steps over to study the wound. She's probably more sad about his suit. Downside of being a vampire but still lamentable all the same.]
But what are we going to do with them?
[Danny holds up the phone, putting one foot on the male hunter's chest to keep him down. "I can take this to William, see what he can get off it. But we've got to erase their memories."]
Are they on vervain? Compulsion might be easier.
no subject
"And faster," Elijah agrees. "I don't think these run of the mill hunters focusing on witches should be supplied with vervain." He walks over to the guy and to Danny. "You. Does vervain mean anything to you?"
"Whaaaat?" he manages, continuing to hold himself. )

Tell me your deepest, darkest secret.
no subject
So. He's a murderer.

[She brushes a hand over the top of his head.]
You won't remember that you saw anyone in this room, aside from your friend. As far as you know, Danny Brighton and his witch friends have left Prague, and you don't know where they went.
[She then tips her head to the side.]
And you lost your phone when you went out last night. Must have left it at dinner. You'll have to get a new one.
[That should tie up everything nicely.]
