They were prepared for both of us, but they couldn't have known that we were going to be together. I didn't even know we were going to be together.

Then you're being watched. Maybe all of you. We knew how big a footprint they had, but not how linked in they were. Isaac, I know you've been abroad for a long time, but I'd feel better if you were closer by. How do you feel about coming in from the cold? We're looking at houses in Mystic Falls. It sounds like a reality show, Pack House, but - I want us to stick together, at least until we learn what they're really after.

( Isaac doesn't have to agree. He's his own wolf, and at times a lone wolf, but she hopes he'll return for old time's sake. )

[As much as he can be a lone wolf at times, that doesn't mean he doesn't miss his pack. It doesn't mean that he doesn't feel what every werewolf feels - the need to be back with those who have his back.

And, Mystic Falls could have it's own perks, if a certain wandering witch is also coming home.

I don't know. I'll have to talk to Bonnie. Eventually he's going to have to go home to his coven, but I don't know if he's ready for that yet.

( Scott comes from upstairs, having checked the bedrooms. He flashes a smile and a thumbs up, before an eyebrow shoots up, too. )

It's Isaac. Scott's here, too. I mentioned we're looking at houses.

( Like the grownups they are. )

... What about William. Is he still with us? Ideally, I'd want him back with you. If he is still with us. Even when this fight is over, there are others. We'd do well with him more permanently.

As far as I know. If we're keeping our inside man, I think William is going to want to keep being his point of contact.

Mia might be coming along with him. She seems to be sticking with her brother for now.

( Scott comes around and into frame, sticking a head in. "Isaac! Come back, live the small town life with us. He'd make a good teacher," he says, looking back at Lydia and Allison.

He would. Alright, I think that's a good enough update for now. Check in with everyone and then get back to me.

[He shakes his head. Nope. If Danny Brighton is anything to go by he's had enough supernatural teenagers to last a lifetime. But he won't actively decline for now. He'll just nod at Allison's assessment.]

[Because as much as he should probably take her out for an actual meal, he's too tired and still healing and honestly a little paranoid that they'll get attacked while enjoying it. Better to keep it low key.]

( Allison signs off, as Bonnie sits down in her robe, freshly showered. Room service is probably not on either of their own dime, but the gesture is still cute. She evaluates whether that's a good thing, finding Isaac cute.

It has been a while since she's thought something like that, especially about someone who might think the same of her. )

You're not going to face plant into any soup, will you?

( Likewise. Despite being tired, she has an urge to look the part. She's been kidnapped, on the run, and desperately fighting hunters. It's been a few days since she dressed to impress.

[Isaac does not roll as well. But since this is Isaac he does look put together, just likely more casual. All of his nice clothes either have blood on them or dirty.

But he opens the door and flashes her a smile.]

[And it's a nice room. William has standards and Allison has the money.]

( Well, they did just go through hell by normal standards. She's not going to hold it against him. Hers is more a natural glow.

Hers and Danny's rooms are more modest, but still upscale. After all, they all chose the same hotel. )

( The hunter. It seems in Mystic Falls there's more to keep track of than ever. Her (1) makes it crystal clear this is good news, like, could it a better kind of news. )

Really. That is good news. How long has it been since you've been back to the states? You've been running internationally for a long time, right?

I have. And it's been good. But ... I miss home.

[Not so much Beacon Hills, but his family.]

It doesn't sound like it. ( Note to self: don't meet Jackson. ) So, Allison and your pack, they're staying, then.

They're buying a house. I'm not sure how long it's going to hold, but ... it's some degree of permanence.

But I do know that it's mostly because Stiles' vampire sensei is in Mystic Falls and she's still teaching him the ropes. And we really don't want to unleash him on the world before he's ready.

Caroline wouldn't let him run wild if she thought he were a danger to anyone, or if he wasn't ready. He's in good hands.
