[Coop nods, and gathers up the bodies to do just that, giving Mickey the opportunity to work with him, while Sullivan Sr. steps to the side and extends his hand out to Dean.

( Michael Sullivan is a sight for sore eyes, if a surprise. And the father-son resemblance gives him a passing understand that that is the young Cooper, grown and also hunting. Mickey, he'd crossed paths with before. He shakes Michael's hand, giving Cooper and Mickey room to pile the bodies behind them. )

["Tell me about it." Sullivan Sr. is willing to admit that he's been on the wrong side for some of this - in some ways, he contributed to this mess. But that doesn't mean it's any less of a mess and he's determined to help clean it up. "Gonna take a while to clean this up."]

We'll do our part, Sammy and me. And we have calls in to Jody and Donna.

( Garth is more iffy with the hunters on the wrong side of the line. )

It'll take time, but we'll bring hunting back to its' basics. Remind people -- that they're people.

( Not eloquent but that's his sentiment. )

["That was always a tall order." He rubs his eyes. "But we'll figure it out." Even if he might be losing his son to a socialite for a while.

Eventually Coop and Mickey return, bodies added, before nodding towards Dean.]

Speaking as the formerly tall order, it's possible. And - if it's not, we know we have to interfere. We know now, Michael.

Dean Winchester. Your dad's said a lot about you, but, you were in school at the time.

( One of the times he tried to give his kid an education around the life he couldn't keep him from. Also, feel free to get starstruck. Dean's been there. )

Hearing stories about you guys just made you seem ... a little larger than life, you know?

[Michael is just standing behind him, pinching the bridge of his nose. "He takes after his mother."]

[He really doesn't seem bothered by Dean's tightening grip. Then he whips around to his father.]

["Yes, as far as I'm aware your mother is still alive. And she is not finding out about your and Mickey's half-assed plan."]

( If he doesn't play along, then it's no fun. Fuck it, he lets go. )

What half-assed plan?

( He's still playing hunter catch-up. )

Well, Mickey and I were both undercover for two separate parties in Monroe's organization.

[He's not going to tell Dean Mickey's actually a vampire. He's not that stupid.]

Then Monroe caught on to both of us so she sent Mickey to take me out figuring whoever came out on top was more trustworthy, so we faked my death for a minute.

Sounds like Mr. and Mr. Smith.

( Sorry, he's got a feeling about you. But he's inclusive! Ask Charlie! He can totally talk you through flirting with men. He was great at it the one time.

My situation is a bit more recent.

[Technically so is Mickey's, but again, they're not talking about that.]

I started working for Allison around Prague.

She recruited you?

( Good move on her part. He's always respected Allison, but Dean and Sam always worked on their own - especially after what happened with the Men of Letters. )

I volunteered?

[Because that's what people want to hear.]

What was going on didn't feel right and trying to help felt better so I leaned into it.

And that got you dead.

( Seems like a diminishing return, but it's not like he hasn't been there more times than he can count. It's more about ribbing the newb hunter. )

Fake dead. It was magic, but according to my boyfriend it was very realistic.

[And it felt realistic enough so who is he to judge.

He's totally fine and not going to have any repressed trauma about this at all.]

In my experience even fake magic dead is dead. I see why your old man doesn't want your mom in on it.
