"I have to," Scott says. "Allison's been through enough and they need more people. More's better than less." And he'll turn to Davina. "I know we should probably talk about this together..."

That lingers as her father speaks up.

"I'm going," Chris says, standing in the foyer, but listening besides Melissa. "My daughter faked her death the last time she went out in the field. I'd like to be able to be there to keep it from happening again," he explains, but does turn to Melissa, so she can hopefully understand.

Parrish stays silent, looking to Malia and to Lydia.

"I think it's obvious, but I'm also out," he confirms. )

["They're called the Colony," Sam supplies and Davina makes a face.]

Ah. That sounds right. And it sounds like you need a witch.

[She doesn't like all of them going in with no magic to help them, especially against a coven like the Colony. She looks back to Aiden and Josh.]

( Josh's hand comes to his husband's knee.

"We're in," he says. To protect Davina, and for backup.

"Lydia, do you mind staying here tonight with my mom," Scott asks, approaching her. )

[She's not going traipsing after witch traps, but she can hang out with Melissa for the evening. They'll catch up on reality TV.

Sam nods, thankful for the help. "If we can leave within the next couple hours, we should make good time and get some sleep before tomorrow."

"Do you mind if I ride with you?" Davina asks Sam and Allison she gets to her feet. "I'd like as many details I can get about the previous bodies."

( "If you have the room," he says.

"Josh, Aiden, you can ride with me," Chris says, nodding to them. )

["Sounds good," Aiden nods, before tapping Davina with his leg. "If we're going to the woods, you're going to need better shoes."

She glances down at her heels, before sighing. "Can we make that two hours?"
