If I'm honest, brother, moving on hasn't always been your strong suit.

[Stefan nods, because what do you say to that? Stefan hadn't expected Elena's reasons to change, especially not after a decade. But he can see now that his brother was holding on to some kind of hope.]
At least you finally got it all out there.
[And now, hopefully, Damon will be able to move on.
But for now, Damon needs a distraction, and distraction Stefan is willing to provide, taking the bottle and his glass and sliding off the stool.]
( And unless we need more from these two, I think we can call a wrap on a messier night with the Salvatores that only ends once in blood. "He shouldn't have been in the way, Stefan!" )
