Well, reading anyone with Oliver Queen's DNA is likely going to be a struggle, but William might be working from more of a privacy angle. But the gist of it is that we've had some strange resurrections and alternate universe transplants over past couple days, and we're trying to figure out why and how it happened. Everyone is converging in Mystic Falls, so that's why we're in Virginia.

[Barry also believes in privacy so he's not going to tell her who, but it might help her get some insight into Mia's all out of whack.]

As for Mia, she's been going through a lot. Crankiness is also something that runs in the Queen family, if I remember correctly.
