I know. Look, Bela's with Elijah Mikaelson. They're both going to be seeing Hope in Prague. It goes deeper than whatever grudge the Winchesters brothers are holding. And I can only do so much.

from Dean to Sam: Or for sport. Freaked out Elena, now. Great. What are we going to do

I'll try to talk him down. I don't think he's angry enough to hop a plane to Prague just to deal with her, so I think we're safe for now.

[From Sam: Well, she's in Prague. Apparently she's been traveling with Elijah Mikaelson. Maybe it's best if for now we just left it alone.

Bonnie's on it. I'm sure she can handle it. And I know Elijah - we don't want to pick a fight with him, and he'll look out for Bonnie.

[Does she know that for sure? Maybe, maybe not. But if necessary, she will reach out and make that connection. It's been years since she's made a deal with Elijah Mikaelson but she hopes that he's still a man of his word.]

[From Sam: I don't know man. It's been twelve years. Maybe without her deal hanging over her head, she did get better.]

No, I know you don't. Neither do I, but I can't say there weren't moments where I contemplated tearing Katherine's heart out once she was human if it meant she'd face any consequence at all.

[So yes, Elena Gilbert gets it.]

But, I could also recognize when Katherine was useful, and while I didn't trust her as far as I could throw her, I made it work. This might be one of those times you have to make it work.
