( Bonnie, bag in hand at her side, holds the door open this time. She sighs, looking wistfully off at Danny, sullen, in the backseat. )

I wish I could make it all better, like I could undo it all, or, go back and prevent it altogether. Too many of us have no parents. No living family.

( She sighs.

From Danny's seat if or when he looks back, Bonnie and Isaac continue their discussion. Scott texts Isaac, so he pulls his phone out, eyes down quickly.

A couple approaches from the south, arm in arm. The guy in glasses leans in whispering something that makes the girl laugh. As they separate to move around Bonnie, everything happens quickly. The brunette girl brandishes a stun gun landing a blow to Isaac's side. Out of the leather jacket, the man reveals what looks to be something dark colored, with a flat bottom. He drops it. From the car, he can see a spell attempted, Bonnie's lips moving but nothing happening. She tries struggling, but the woman whacks her on the back of the back sending her down. The man quickly pulls out a pair of iron handcuffs the woman waves away, not now, and as fast as it happens, a bright yellow taxi pulls up.

Three others, including one dressed as a taxi-driver throw Bonnie and Isaac into the trunk. When everyone is inside the car, the driver puts down a black device on the top of the cab quickly, puts on a pair of leather gloves, climbs inside the cab and speeds off.

Bonnie's bag, and the contents within including her phone lie on the sidewalk next to Isaac's dropped phone.

The driver in Danny's car starts the ignition, this is probably protocol. )

( She doesn't like hunters, either, but she doesn't have the personal stake in it, not outside graduation. )

If Bonnie tried to cast, then my money would be on before. Did they drop it deliberately? Or haphazardly?

And with the amount of magic here, I don't know if it's all of it? But Bonnie might not have any magic at all right now. It also seems like there's a way of transmitting the magic, but I can't just siphon it outright.

[Danny swallows hard, because that's not what he wants to hear.]

Do you have anyone else to help you? You said Isaac was working with other supernaturals, right?

[That snaps him out of it and he nods. "I talked to a member of his team, William. He's working on the tech end." But it's Bonnie and he didn't want to put all of this in Isaac's people's hands.]

Why would they take it only to... transfer it?

Well, what's a super squad without our super researchers. If the hunters are here, then we should leave the guys out of this. But, that doesn't mean we can't use your resources. I say, we get back to the hotel, we relay what we know, see if they know anything. How sure are you of that ... thing? We could send them a picture, too. Wait, is it only William or does William have his own team?

[Josie perks up. "Oh, I've heard that name. Dad said Caroline was going to try and convince him to teach the wolves."]

He was at graduation. Actually, he left to - check on Dr. Gilbert - with Cami.

( She pauses first because well, is it privileged information, and second because, that's basically her step mom. She tries. )

( William asks for room number as Hope eyes the dark object. )

["From what he said, it seems like it's triggered by casting spells around it?"

Danny doesn't know the room number and he's not going to ask the girls for it and make himself even creepier, so he just tells him to have Mia text him when she gets to the lobby. But then he frowns at what Josie says and shakes his head.]

It was in the room when I cast the locator spell, and my magic still works.

( It's okay, William's also gonna William and Mia will know because, cameras.

Hope sighs. )

Then it must be about intent, or how it was used. We can't drop it. Talk about loading Chekhov's gun.

( The oblivious (not at all, he works for Buffy HQ) driver pulls around up to the hotel. )

Maybe we should leave it in the hotel room. Especially if it has all of Bonnie's magic, we don't want to lose it.

[She's going to have to take her magic back from it later. But he'll slide out the opposite door of the car, after gathering all his pilfered items, and waits for the ladies to lead the way up to the hotel room.]

( Take a page out of Alyssa's book. That's her plan. She has the very thing she wants it to be, too, but first thing's first,

Josie has the key card to hers and Lizzie's room and when she opens it, they interrupt a maid. Or, she would be a maid if her wig weren't askew and she wasn't looking under the bed instead of making up the bed. She speaks, pulling herself to her feet in Russian, barely Czech accident.

"My apologies, I must have been given the wrong room."

She wasn't. She may be able to do some things, but lie's not one of them. )

[Danny squints at her for a moment, confusion crossing his features and he steps in front of her before she can escape.]

Sorry, have we met?

[It feels like they have. There's something very familiar about her face, and he can't quite put his finger on it.]

( With a 3, the maid shakes her head, but cannot physically conceal that she recognizes the other two. She smiles, trying to move past them.

Hope closes the door sporting her friendliest smile. )

It's okay, we won't be in your way. We're just waiting for a few friends.

[Yep, he notices that. And he's picking up on what Hope is putting down. He slowly shifts around her, putting her between himself and Hope, before reaching forward and tapping a finger against the maid's shoulder.]

[Because casting a truth spell on someone is always a good choice.]

( Hope leans against the bed, ready to stop her from bolting. )

( She squints, rolling her eyes. Meanwhile, William feeds what he needs to to Mia, the floor they're on and the room they went into.

to Mia: Mia, there's a disheveled maid in their room.

[Because it's not his room, but direct questions tend to work best for a spell like this. Eventually they'll whittle down to the more nuanced questions, but he doesn't want to give her a lot of wiggle room.

Meanwhile, in the hallway ... something is getting smashed. Josie turns at the sound and frowns, but doesn't leave the room, not wanting to leave Hope alone right now.]

( "They're associates of Bonnie Bennett's. She resurfaced on a train into Prague."

His technique is working.

Hope looks back at Josie and then - definitely hears the commotion outside. She frowns at the door and looks to Josie.

Meanwhile, in the hallway, Mia has a full handle on what's going on. Slayer vs hunter does not end in the hunter's favor. He might have a broken nose, too, probably a dislocated shoulder. Was that a yelp from outside the door again? )

[And answer that question veeeeeeeeeery carefully because he will not hesitate to punch you in the face about it. He's in that kind of mood.

And with that, Mia knocks on the door. Josie peers through the peephole and sees the fairly beat up server and opens it to let the Slayer in before she attracts more attention. Mia walks in, throws the beat up hunter to the ground, and fights the urge to punch him in the face again.

She turns on the maid. "Whoops. Found your partner."]

( "She can't reaffirm Danny Brighton's link to the ancestors at the solstice."

She may not know why, or what that even means, but like a good soldier she repeats her objective. And, clearly, a likeness of Danny wasn't captured or she wasn't shown who he was. She's just a soldier. Hope doesn't like the sound of getting Bonnie out of the way, though. And part of it has been achieved. No Bonnie. The other part? Well, he'll have to ask.

Hope did pay attention in arcane knowledge and has a lot of experience with Bennett blood. )

A witch of Bonnie's lineage and power would - according to some - make you more powerful. Maybe unstoppable. It's kind of like what the Harvest girls were to New Orleans, except it's not sacrifice. It's like a bridge, from her power to yours. It's you taking up your final mantle. The head of your coven. I guess the witches assume that you represent all witches.

[So this is his fault then.

His jaw sets for a moment, unsure how to feel about that, about being confirmed for power he doesn't even want, not really. But he knows that no matter what it is, he can't be found. That would be the absolute worst thing, as far as he's concerned.]

Where is Bonnie Bennett?

[It's worth a shot, and if it fails, he'll clean up and let her go.]

( "I don't know."

Hope circles the bloodied hunter, regarding Mia. )

Mia?

( It's probably a stupid question, but things are crazy, and she just wants all the facts. Then she crouches in front of the other hunter who spits blood by her nice shoes. She tilts her head, setting her own jaw. )

["Sorry about the mess. I just owed him a few good punches for killing a friend of mine."

Danny, on the other hand, is going to reach forward and grab the maid's head, placing his hand on either side of her face as he murmurs an incantation.]

Desdisco.

[He closes his eyes and dives into her memories wiping out any mention of Josie and Hope, any known associates of Bonnie that might be in Prague, and his face, for good measure. And once that's done and the maid drops to the ground, he glances between Josie and Hope.]

You're going to have to change your room. Put it under different names.

( Hope half shrugs, worrying more about the stain, than anything. She does pay close attention to any spells Danny does and the technique he uses. He reminds him of the effortless of hers and the Saltzman's magic.

William to Mia, in her ear: "I'll take care of reassigning their rooms and scrubbing their being there at all. Josette Saltzman and... Elizabeth Saltzman?"

Hope looks down at the other hunter and then back at Danny. )

What did you do to her?

Memory wipe. Doesn't remember you, doesn't remember me and definitely doesn't remember matching that name with this face.

[He points to himself to indicate because sometimes he's not a dumbo. He then makes his way over to do the same to the other hunter, and glances to Josie.]

How long before your sister gets here?

[Josie shrugs. "Hopefully she'll be here soon. There's ... actually a lot of us here. Are all of us going to need to move?"

"Better safe than sorry." Mia glances to Hope. "I'm guessing you're not a Saltzman?"]

( Memory wipe. That feels powerful and dangerous. But, she's going to keep that in her back pocket now.

She's past readying herself for this reveal, she lets it go easily. )

( Being a Saltzman would make them gross. )

[Mia glances between the three of them, before taking one of the extra earpieces and passing them over. "You guys sort this out. I'm not good at being the go-between."

Josie reaches out to take it, studying it curiously for a moment before placing it in her ear, while Danny finishes the second memory wipe and gets to his feet.]

( "Danny, hey. William. We're all linked now. This way we can communicate, even if we split up." Like Isaac, who's out of range, or just out. He won't know until Isaac surfaces again. "Sounds like I need to shift more names over. Who else is on the line?"

He needs to know, anyway. But, it sounds like he'll need even more than that. Hope, not on an ear piece stands back and Lizzie inserts her card, swings the door open with a flourish and stops dead.
