Shouldn't be too hard. In my early days as an associate I charmed quite a few receptionists.

( Now his receptionist does the charming.

He ascends the steps and holds the door open for Cami before approaching the receptionist at the desk. )

Good morning, my name is Harvey Specter and this is Camille O'Connell, and we're from the zoning board. ( Well, it couldn't be this easy, (4) for the lie )

[bravebartender]

[The receptionist raises her eyebrows as she pulls her glasses down off her eyes, letting the chain dangle a bit as she does. She doesn't know enough to call Harvey's bluff, but she's definitely aware enough to call Cami's (11). "You get a promotion when I wasn't looking?"]

Hey, Deb. Harvey is from the zoning board, I'm just assisting.

[She holds up the key ring.]

Terry asked us to come by and pick up some stuff from his office.

[Which is a very loose lie, but plausible enough to get by the receptionist (15 vs. 8). "He never came back from lunch. Everything okay?"]

Oh, he's fine.

[That lie is a bit harder, but she still sells it.]

Just feeling a little under the weather.

The sooner we can bring him the documents he needs, the faster he'll be able to rest and drink plenty of fluids.

( The few times Harvey has been sick, Donna has been serious about it. Rest. Drink plenty of fluids. And scotch doesn't count, she'd say. It also sounds like a mother or grandmother, which this woman resembles. )

["He shouldn't be working if he's sick," Deb shakes her head, but does as she's told in terms of writing them both up visitors passes. She passes up the clipboard for them to sign in and shakes her head. "And you tell him I said that. He better get lots of rest."]

I will pass it along. Promise.

[She takes the passes from her after signing in, and passes one off to Harvey.

"You know the way?"]

Yep, we've got it.

( Harvey signs his own name, giving the receptionist his million dollar smile. With a thank you, they move past the front desk scanning their day passes. He first peruses the directory, before turning back. )

You know where his office is.

Yeah, we work together a lot.

[And she's not going to bother to hide her concern as they make their way to the elevator and she slips inside, holding the door so that Harvey can step in next to her.]

He went to my uncle's church across the street.

[rehire]

Is that how he was swept up in this? Were you his in?

( He sees a little of that guilt. He's felt it himself when a call he makes goes wrong. )

[bravebartender]

Not whole-cloth. He had supernatural family that he cared about, but he took my place.

[Which is weird to say, given that she's here.]

My uncle was the human leader until he died, with the church acting as a sanctuary. Then it was me, but then I became a vampire. It's kind of hard to advocate for humanity when you're not one.

[rehire]

You're a vampire.

( Sorry, but, you carry yourself so ... well, not like a vampire, Cami. That darkness a lot of vampires carry with them, maybe it's more you grew into it, but, something, he wants to say. )

[bravebartender]

[She laughs, before nodding.]

Yeah. I get that a lot. But yes, I've been a vampire for ... almost fifteen years now?

[rehire]

I've been a lawyer almost fifteen years now.

( Aren't they a pair. )

Are the people who were taken your friends?

[bravebartender]

Yeah, they are.

[More than friends, they're family. And she needs to get them back.

As they reach the door to Hawthorne's office, she wrenches it open and lets them both inside, closing the door behind them.]

I'm not above thinking outside the box when it comes to getting them back. The Mikaelsons tend to be a lot more blunt force, but you're right. If she's been housed here for a while, she'd have to be maintaining some kind of property.

And if not forever, then there was a big purchase. Recently.

( First thing's first, is the computer password protected? )

[bravebartender]

[It is. And Cami is shuffling through the desk to try and find any kind of password information, but she comes up empty (13). She frowns and straightens up.]

Guess he finally got smart and moved his password hints to his phone.

[rehire]

( He, too, gets a thirteen to find anything that might give them an idea. So. Any pictures on the desk? )

Is he married, does he have a girlfriend, a loved one? Beloved niece?

[bravebartender]

Divorced, no kids.

[She turns and looks at him, before raising a curious eyebrow.]

Though it's interesting that you jump to the women in his life as password options.

[rehire]

Is it? It's not going to be his birthday. Should I have asked about pets? Any pets.

( He searches the rest of the office, tries all the filing cabinets as well as the drawers to the desk, ones that are open. (6). )

[bravebartender]

[He will find lots of files about lots of different projects, but nothing that indicates any kind of password.]

I just found it curious, that's all.

[She tips her head to the side.]

Maybe we should try Allison's tech contact?

[rehire]

William Queen.

( It could prove fruitful. )

There are higher chances his records are kept digitally. ( Pulling out the number Allison scrawled, he pulls out his phone, dials, and taps the speaker symbol as he sets the phone on the desk.

"Cooper?" William asks as he answers the call. )

[bravebartender]

Not exactly.

[She feels bad, as he's clearly expecting a call from someone, but they need his help.]

I'm Cami O'Connell, and I'm with Harvey Specter. Allison Argent gave us your number?

[rehire]

( "Sorry," William says, looking to his sister. But, without being asked, he pulls his laptop out, bringing it out of sleep mode.

"What do you need from me?" )

Terry Hawthorne's password. He works for the city, we're in his office in Town Hall. We think that he may have access to records of where Tamara Monroe might have established herself. It's been weeks since she was spotted, but there are no records of her being anywhere else. And -- the New Orleans supernatural elite were taken.

( Well, that he didn't know.

"I can't do much remotely, unless you can give me admin access. And without the password to do that, no. Wait. I need you to do exactly what I say, okay?"

What he wants to do is open the source code and patch himself into the system, but he's also asking someone else to do that. With his (12) to talk Cami through what he needs and Cami's (9) ... this route is not going to work for them.

"I can't do much if I'm not physically there. Let me see what I can find out from his personal life," he says, doing an (18) deep dive into a search on anything personal enough and close to Hawthorne's heart -- that's worthy of being a password. )

[Terry doesn't have much beyond his job, though it's clear he loves it, having done a number of philanthropic events in his role on the city council. A few pictures with prominent supernatural members of the city at various festivals and what not. But while he's digging, an idea comes to Cami.]

If all the computers are on the same network, does it need to be this terminal specifically that you have to get into?

[rehire]

Probably not. They all work from the same database, if not the same Drop Box.

( Any events or charities he's the most involved in? Like, the face of? )

[bravebartender]

I have an idea. You stay here.

[And she picks up the phone and presses the speaker button so she can take the call with her and not attract attention.]

Hi, William, I'm going to try and get you another access point.

[slavophile]

Alright, I'm here.

( He's stressing, and waiting, and he grabs a hold of the passenger side door because this is not a speed meant for this highway, but, he is waiting.

While Harvey is also waiting, he pulls out his phone and tries Google. (19) to try and find anything out about Hawthorne, like a main charity he was involved with, a family member estranged or otherwise, Hell, a Spotify playlist. )
