[Malia, at this point in time, is strongly regretting her inability to lie.

She knows that she wouldn't have been able to lie to Scott about the situation with Allison, he'd know it the minute she saw her face, but at the same time, she's already bored and wants to be useful. She wants to hit something. But until Klaus gives the all-clear, she's in a state of hurry up and wait.

However, she does perk up when a car comes to a stop outside the door, and footsteps make their way into the courtyard. She's immediately moving between herself and Allison when she sees the face of the first person through the door:]

Davina?

[matriarchate]

( Allison is not bored, as much as baiting her time. Some of the time, hunting is a waiting game. She's used to it. She is carrying guilt and an apology she owes Scott when she does see him, again. But, this was the only way. Keep her in play for when they really need her.

When Davina comes to the door, Allison gets to her feet.

William needs more time in the front seat, computer at work. )

Davina, you're okay.

[regentem]

[Davina's eyes widen in surprise when she sees Allison, because she knows what the hunters reported back to Monroe. She expected the next time she saw her to be a funeral, rather than a hidey hole.]

You too.

[It's a good surprise, but still surprise.]

Monroe thinks you're dead.

[matriarchate]

Everyone needs to.

( She comes forward then. )

They found you. Where are the others?

[regentem]

["Derek?" Malia follows up with, because he's her number one priority at this time.

Davina shakes her head.]

They took me out to give me a dramatic, symbolic death. They handed me off to one of the hunters to do it, and they didn't know that he was Klaus' inside man.

[matriarchate]

Cooper saved you.

( Score 1 for Cooper, or so she thinks. )

[regentem]

[She squints then shakes her head.]

Cooper's in the car. The guy who saved me was named Mickey, I think. He was one of Klaus' vampires.

[Because even with her middling magic, she could sense that much.]

[matriarchate]

I didn't know Klaus had a vampire inside.

( Or, how he would. )

[regentem]

Yeah. He and Elijah's girlfriend faked his death to save his life.

[She makes a face.]

There's a lot of that going around tonight.

[matriarchate]

Apparently. So, that's - four of us who are 'dead.' ( She perches on the end of the couch. ) Maybe we can all go on an apology tour together when this is all over.

( In that moment, William does follow inside, moving past Davina and setting his laptop on the mantle.

"Cooper's finished his, but he can give you pointers," he cracks. "I'm into the city's camera's. I'm looping the feeds near our targets. Hey Allison." )

Hey, William. You're not dead?

( "Not dead. Not fake dead. All pissed." He turns back to Cooper if he's followed. "Not at you, babe." Can he call him babe? He calls him babe. Cooper is babe now. )

[regentem]

["Babe" makes his way in, scanning the exits to make sure that there isn't something waiting to jump out of the wings, before waving to the other two women.

"He was busy help make Monroe think I was dead."]

I also don't know how many people think I'm dead? There might just be a lot of people who think I'm still in the warehouse.

So. Worry tour.

( As for the simultaneous camera feed he views (the looped and the current), he tries to figure out what's happening (9) but that is a lot of cameras to track. )

[regentem]

[There is a lot, so it's going to take him a few glances to get a look at everything, but he does see that Bela and Klaus have gotten started cleaning up the bomb house. The rest of the places are more on the outskirts of town, so he'll have to widen his scope.]

I'd just like to be useful at some point, rather than sitting around.

[She turns and spots one of Freya's candle setups and extends her hand muttering an incantation, and is pleased as the flames spring to life (17).]

Well, that's progress.

[slavophile]

Your magic was blocked?

( He glances up, figuring.

"But, it's back," Allison says. "If your help is needed, then there's that. Progress is always something." )

[regentem]

[Davina nods, making a face.]

She drugged me. There was another witch there too, who had the same thing happen to her. But yeah. Progress is definitely something. Let's just see where they call us too.

[matriarchate]

Another witch with you. Also captured. Did you recognize her?

( She is ready for the call, but in the meantime, she didn't expect another witch involved. )

[regentem]

[She shakes her head.]

She wasn't from the Quarter. But she and Monroe seemed to have a relationship of some kind.

[Cooper's head snaps over, and he turns and points at William. "Prague. There was a witch on the inside, the one who killed everyone at the clock. Think it might have been her?"

Davina shrugs.]

No idea. They didn't actually say much about that relationship.

[slavophile]

( Allison follows the thread.

"How many coincidences could there really be. If Monroe knew her, then maybe she double-crossed Monroe in Prague. They thought she was performing a spell, the kids all said she was trying to stop the spell. What if she wasn't. Did they get a name?"

William looks up. )

Mia said, ( (17 for recognition) ) Maura.

[regentem]

[Davina's eyes narrow, because yep. That's definitely her name.]

That's the name she gave us too. Though if she's working with someone like Monroe, who knows if it's actually her real one.

[matriarchate]

And she was captured, with all of you. Clearly captured.

( Not that the cliché hasn't been used before. )

Did it seem like she was fishing for any information?

[regentem]

[She shakes her head.]

If she was, she was a damn good actress. But at the same time, we didn't have any information to give her.

[matriarchate]

True. Maybe she crossed Monroe and she strung her up with you. After this is all over, I want to talk to her.

( Oh, Allison. )

[regentem]

You're not the only one.

[Too bad they won't get the chance.]

Hopefully they're all still in one piece when they get there.

[matriarchate]

They are. Derek doesn't go down without a fight.

( Even if he's a teenager when they find him. But, she won't say that.

Finding Cooper in the room, she does owe him something - in person, especially. )

[He shrugs, offering her a small smile.]

It was the right thing to do. Plus my dad didn't try to kill me for it so aside from being dead for a while and finding out my best friend got turned into a vampire when I wasn't looking, I'm doing great.

[He then holds out a hand to her.]

Nice to actually meet you in person though.
