[Lydia's eyes narrow at Ezra's back as he leaves because nothing about this feels like the "right" thing, moralistically speaking. But in going through the plans provided, Lydia leans back in the seat.]
I think our best bet are the things they don't know we have.
[Namely: a kanima.]
If we take some of Jackson's venom, I can use that to neutralize whatever guards there are. I'm immune. After that, we'd just need to figure out how to release the other creatures, provided that Kirsanov doesn't decide to supervise locking us up.
[Malia glances over at Alexander. "You're a witch, right? Can you make the rest of us invisible?"
Alexander shrugs. "Yes, technically, but I wouldn't be surprised if he had anti-magic charms on his entrances and exits. Those will pop a cloaking spell as we're walking in the door."]
If Kirsanov is this paranoid, then there won't be any magic. A man like that walls himself in. And makes it so that anyone who manages is at a severe disadvantage.
( Whatever's safest for him. )
Take the kanima venom. What else can we get in there?
[She's staring down the plans and if they can't get in the obvious way through the front door, she'll make her own way. She turns one of the plans and taps what looks like some of intake spout.]
You could convince Kirsanov Jackson and Alexander are guards in the Colony's employ. After all, we are on the eve of the Gauntlet, and if Kirsanov doesn't have knowledge of that, that puts them further into his good graces. That gets everyone inside.
No offense, but I don't know if I want to get that close, personally. I'm not exactly an unknown quantity where some areas of the Colony are concerned.
[He'll provide whatever support needed before you leave, but he doesn't think him being on the ground is the best play.]
If any of them get away, it could be misinterpreted as the Underground making a move and that's bad for all my people.
I don't see any glaring exits, but there's back through the front door and out the back garden, but there are always alternate routes that may present themselves in the moment.
( Sounds like an in-the-moment problem, honestly. )
As long as we don't get trapped in a subbasement somewhere, it should be fine. Maybe Malia can see what she can find when she's sneaking in as a coyote?
[Malia nods. "I'll keep an eye out. Hopefully things won't get messy enough that we will need a lot of options."]
[Malia does not look particularly happy at the turn of events, but they knew they were in this when they left New Orleans. She's never really been a hand-holding girl, but she will let him take hers for the moment.
They better get out the other side.
David looks down at the message and doesn't debate the point:]

That looks big enough for a coyote to fit.

( "I'm memorable," Jackson says, unhelpfully. )
And I'm Gregory Peck. Is it clear you're Underground if you're involved in person?
( Jackson sucks in a breath.
"I don't know. But, I don't want any blowback to the Underground," he admits. )
no subject
[He says this not to dent Jackson's ego, but more to encourage him to do what makes the most sense for him.]
I think in the zeitgeist, your strongest ties are still to Scott.

( Also, aww. There's a moment coming to you soon, Alexander. But, this is Jackson and he lets that go.
"Security, then. Maybe he'll let you accompany Lydia and Jordan to their holding cells." )
no subject
[She can still smuggle it on her person, but Jackson can be there in case she runs out.]
Now all we need is an exit.

( But, it sounds like they made a decision. )
You're doing this.

[She glances over to Parrish, because she won't do it without him, and he still has the right to say no if he doesn't want to do it.]
Looks like we are.

There's always a choice.
( But, he messages David. )
They're in, no thanks to you.
no subject
They better get out the other side.
David looks down at the message and doesn't debate the point:]
Where/when would they like to meet to head out?
no subject
( He sets his phone aside. )
We have an hour.

[She eyes Malia's daisy dukes.]
Do you have anything for cold?
[The other woman glances down and groans. "I'll go shopping. I'll be back in time." She starts to head towards the door and Lydia lifts her head.]
Malia, did you tell Peter?
["I did. He was less than pleased."
Lydia nods, waiting until she disappears out the door before sighing.]
Well maybe we'll have that in our favor too.
no subject
Peter would follow Malia to Siberia just to drag her back.
no subject
[Malia seems to be the only person Peter has close-to-human reactions for so who knows what might happen.]
Unfortunately, we can't one hundred percent count on him because the only person who can predict Peter Hale is Peter Hale.
no subject
( Each other, and the kumbaya that comes with it. Also )
Did you know about Malia and the small town deputy?
no subject
[Lydia smirks.]
She claims he's not her boyfriend but he's the only person she's sleeping with and she flew him out to New Orleans because she missed him.
[So he's basically her boyfriend, Malia is just Malia.]
Parrish is being very patient.
no subject
( He sees that, too, but, he also sees what's brewing between the lawyer and his best friend. )
We all are.
no subject
[She really does. She couldn't imagine her choices if she were doing this alone.]
I should probably pack. We don't have a lot of time before David comes back.
no subject
( If she were wondering. )
