Cordy rolls her eyes because she did not sign up to be a third wheel, and yet she is also not surprised, given her and Faith's conversation at the bar.]

I tried making contact with some of my old Wolfram and Hart ties, but someone's making a move against the LA covens. Every one of their leaders. Dead, or bound. There's a power vacuum here bigger than we've ever seen.
[That's not good. The LA covens are dicey enough with the power games that come with being so close to an old Hellmouth - the Gauntlet is likely throwing things to even more stark relief.]
[Cordelia shifts to lean against the nearby wall, trying to parse what it is he saying.]
Methodical how? Are we talking like serial killer level precision? Because from what Alys was saying about the Gauntlet, sure it could be chaos, but not all witches are going to automatically go for the bloodbath.
More, like targeted precision. The Gauntlet has their targets, but there are reasons behind them. There are smaller covens I was going to stop by, ones I can't see being targeted.
( He doesn't do E-mail or texting well and Taylor volunteered to help Angel out in that arena if he needs it. He kind of treats her like a glorified secretary, but as a Ryan Atwood substitute, he does wonders. And he saved her once from a Selka demon. )
Fine. We tied up everything at the boat, so now we're doing shots. They have one vampire they want to follow up on, but they're planning to do that in the morning when I will likely be nursing a hangover.
[At least they're nice enough not to expect too much of her.]
Faith has taken an interest in Benny, so we'll see how that goes.
