Which will come two days from now with a call from Mama Malreaux. Jaqueline takes it and goes to knock alert the rest of the team.]

It's go time. We've been dispatched to inform Hernandez of Kirsanov's untimely death.

( Ezra spent two days shadowing the hunter mixed up in their plan, Max has avoided Rusty, sticking close to his sister. The waiting game was bad enough before, the next two days are interminable.

Their mother calls Jaq, who is out when she takes the call.

Max is just happy to know that there's something to do now.

"Envoy, ahoy," Max says. )

That's my thought. Better to catch her by surprise than give her a chance to shore up her defenses.

[They don't need her being suspicious.]

Should we have some kind of signal for when we're in place?

( "I say let it rip when he has a clear shot," Max starts, his and his sister's phones buzzing. Unlike his sister's, Max's connections are tight-knit and if someone is on his phone, it's his family, or someone affiliated. )

I'd rather we get an idea of who else is with her. Lucas is putting himself in their cross-hairs

( Max taps the email sent to him and his sister.

"Are you seeing this?"

The envoy has been requested, but, surprisingly, the details aren't what they expect. There's a new protocol in place, plane tickets, an address in a whole different country -- it looks like someone is now back on location. )

[Jaqueline picks up her phone and starts scrolling through the details. Sierra being back in the lion's den they planned for, but everything else ...]

Looks like Hernandez skipped town. We're being instructed to meet with her in Puerto Rico where she's on set.

[Rusty raises an eyebrow. "That's good for us. Isn't it?"]

( "Less eyes on us," he suggests. "You," he adds, pointing at Lucas. )

There's more privacy on a - movie? set? ( What is she doing these days? ) Might be an opportunity to insert you. ( Also to Lucas. )

["Movie sets have a lot of anonymous faces. Act like you belong, and you can get pretty close."

Lucas raises an eyebrow. "I thought the plan was for a sniper."]

It was. Now we'll have to see what this movie set looks like.

It just takes one intern dropping off something for wardrobe. Definitely pack your silencer, though.

( He's on the less helpful side of this coin, but, Ezra turns around to face Lucas.

"This is a good thing. It means you and I won't be chased through Mexico City. We could get you in and out. And, delay the discovery. Give you enough time to get away." )

[Lucas nods, knowing he doesn't have much of a say in things and is basically along for the ride.]

Alright. Let's go to Puerto Rico, then.

[It's not like he has a choice.]

( Max forwards the flight information as the group gets ready and packs up. They're expected that afternoon, so parts are moving quicker than any of them anticipated, but they've always worked well blind. At least the Malreaux did. Lucas will, too.

As the group returns to the main room, Ezra checks in on Lucas in the second bedroom to the suite, knocking on the door. )

Hey. I had a thought. Do you think anyone connected to the Winchesters, or do your parents know anyone that might be able to add a name to the crew list? I can glamour you an ID, but it would go a step farther if there's a name to match.

( He has another idea, but first, he asks this question. )

[Lucas pauses because he doesn't really know the Winchesters' connections, or his parents' anymore for that matter. He feels like he's still catching up in a lot of ways.

But since Ezra is still in the doorway, Jaqueline catches some of that as she comes into the main room and sighs.]

You know, I'm not completely useless.

[She reaches into her bag and pulls out her laptop.]

What's the name of this stupid show again?

( Eavesdropper. )

Fantasy Island. Just give me the name you use.

( Also, why the attitude? Aren't they that much closer? He looks back at Lucas. )

Now that we'll be in Puerto Rico, I won't be able to be right behind you. If you want, I can link to you - see through your eyes, answer any questions. I'd even have one spell I can unleash if things get hairy.

Lucas considers what Ezra is offering, before frowning.]

Eyes, really. And it would be up to you to accept - it's about mutual intention. Think of it as a second line of defense.

( But, it's only an offer. He wanted to make it. He promised he'd be there, now he can't be. )

[He understands the tactics behind it but given that he was killed by a witch and his soul is currently up in the air thanks to another witch, he's going to shake his head.]

I appreciate it, but I don't think it's a good idea.

[It feels like it'll be too much of a distraction.]

You'll be on your on your own once you check in. Based on the grounds, I'll be parked on the other side of craft services. Get a lay of the land, take the opportunity when you get it. Find me. Anything goes wrong, you improvise. We'll get you out.

Sounds easy enough.

[Jaqueline finally glances up from her screen and closes the laptop with a nod. "You are now Tom Baker, production assistant."]

Great. What does a production assistant do exactly?

["Whatever anyone else tells them to do."]

( "You're the set bitch," Max says, coming up behind his sister and resting an arm on her shoulder. "But it gives you easy access to the actors." )

Do we deploy him right away, or send him to her after you make contact?

Probably the sooner the better. The more I look like a fixture the less suspicious it will be.

[Or at least that's his opinion on it. Jaqueline looks like she doesn't know what to do with it when she says. "I agree. The sooner he can become a familiar face, the better."

Then she pauses.

"Though do we know if she knows what her potential new meat suits look like?"]

( Ezra's knowledge of the rune and a spell like this consists of what he's done with it, what the spell became as the Colony evolved, but if he had to hazard a guess (11) )

Blood connects the target of the spell and who's brought back. Unless she had a target in mind, I don't think she knows who's coming after her. Unless the original spell is more concentrated and she -- gets visions or, maybe a feeling the closer he gets. But, I can't see it that far-reaching.

[He slings his bag over his shoulder - not that he has many belongings at this point - before glancing to the rest.]

Technically, just don't look for a prolonged period of time at Roslyn Sanchez.

Rusty has the option of also being a PA or something else on set, while on the plane, should he want to be closer on the ground.

Once the plane touches down, everyone separates. The Malreaux siblings meet their contact, playing the part of the envoy, while Ezra magically hotwires a car for him, Lucas, and Rusty. The three of them easily shoplift hats from the airport. It's all very slick.

Ezra drives faster than the town car that leisurely takes the Malreaux to the studio. They're still on the highway by the time Ezra pulls his stolen car around the back of the studio by crew and craft services parking. He pulls the car into park. )
