( Bonnie, bag in hand at her side, holds the door open this time. She sighs, looking wistfully off at Danny, sullen, in the backseat. )

I wish I could make it all better, like I could undo it all, or, go back and prevent it altogether. Too many of us have no parents. No living family.

( She sighs.

From Danny's seat if or when he looks back, Bonnie and Isaac continue their discussion. Scott texts Isaac, so he pulls his phone out, eyes down quickly.

A couple approaches from the south, arm in arm. The guy in glasses leans in whispering something that makes the girl laugh. As they separate to move around Bonnie, everything happens quickly. The brunette girl brandishes a stun gun landing a blow to Isaac's side. Out of the leather jacket, the man reveals what looks to be something dark colored, with a flat bottom. He drops it. From the car, he can see a spell attempted, Bonnie's lips moving but nothing happening. She tries struggling, but the woman whacks her on the back of the back sending her down. The man quickly pulls out a pair of iron handcuffs the woman waves away, not now, and as fast as it happens, a bright yellow taxi pulls up.

Three others, including one dressed as a taxi-driver throw Bonnie and Isaac into the trunk. When everyone is inside the car, the driver puts down a black device on the top of the cab quickly, puts on a pair of leather gloves, climbs inside the cab and speeds off.

Bonnie's bag, and the contents within including her phone lie on the sidewalk next to Isaac's dropped phone.

The driver in Danny's car starts the ignition, this is probably protocol. )

Elijah and I were in London when the Knightsbridge coven was attacked. We helped with a lot of the ... damage control. Isaac seemed interested in staying in touch.

[Danny tenses a bit because he had no idea that Hope's uncle was also in town. And then his brow furrows. "You're not friends with that David guy are you? Or are you actually Bonnie's friends?"

David is a client. And if I remember correctly, he kept Bonnie alive, so he wasn't completely useless.

( Elijah nods, as he is sure to. He joins the Saltzman's - and Danny?

"While we are waiting for William Clayton's triangulation, what is it you wish to do next?"

And Hope, knowing she needs Bela's help, will follow Josie as her girlfriend leads them back to the dark object that currently houses Bonnie's magic. )

[They get onto the elevator and Josie presses the button for their floor. Once the doors close, Bela turns to Hope.]

David is a witch, like you. He's trying to reshape his coven and occasionally I help him do it.

Plenty. Turns out people will pay a great deal of money for one when you have a hostile witch coming after you. But they vary, depending on who created them.

[She'll have to examine the box herself to say for sure.]

( The elevator opens and Hope leads the two women to her and Josie's new and improved secret room William set up for them. Letting them in, Hope flips the light on, letting Josie run point on revealing the dark object hidden in plain sight. )

[And Bela will delicately take it from her, taking a moment to examine it and see if there's anything familiar about it (16). And if she can't figure it out on her own, she'll send a picture of it to David and see if he can provide any insight (20).]

( As explained, this is a SECURITY RISK to David, and Bela knows most of the gist of what the object entails, but not how high a priority it would be. To reiterate, it holds all active magic sent in its' direction and not just Bonnie's. It's ancient. And it was a rumor. )

[Yes, so the text she sends David is a little more urgent because while she doesn't know all the details, this seems concerning to have been in hunter hands. Her fears are justified when two minutes later, her phone rings and she places it on speaker.

"Where the hell did you get that?"]

["Bela, now is not the time for pleasantries."]

A hunter cell in Prague used it to capture Bonnie Bennett. Some members of her coven recovered it and were trying to figure out how to release her magic.

["Don't do anything until I get there." And with that, he hangs up. Bela looks up apologetically at the two girls.]

The spell is a very old one, but it seems to have been recently cast. So it seems this was created for the hunters, rather than something they found.

We're not in Bonnie's coven.

( She makes this clear, interrupting her, but also - knowing that it doesn't matter. )

Created for the hunters? You're saying someone who knows old spells is working with the hunters?

[Danny shrugs briefly, before glancing around the lobby.]

Unless William has something now, I could use a cuppa.

[Sorry was he supposed to feel weird about being stuck with Hope's uncle? Because he doesn't.]

( It's more, he's deferring to a child right now, but also the legacy of Danny's own coven. If he didn't have experience with Davina, maybe. )

I am sure they provide coffee or tea.

No, it's a the suit doesn't really go with Elijah Mikaelson's homicidal tendencies thing. Hope's better at explaining it, but, basically, he's a GQ model but also one of the most dangerous people. Like her father, Klaus. But, he's mellowed out from being the Great Evil. And the both of them would tear you apart. Not - you, but anyone. There was this big murder the adults don't think we're privy to.

( Werewolf and vampire hearing in that school. )

[He raises his eyebrows.]

Well, obviously. He's a Mikaelson. They're all a bit murder happy from what I've heard.

Except Hope, obviously.

No, Hope has a streak. Just don't fall in love with her, then die, then get possessed by your mud dad. That will send her over the deep end.
